The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa

Really amazing hotel. We arrived late and super stressed from work, this place really allowed us to relax. Even though it was winter, we loved the heated pool and hot tub - facilities were clean. Great access to natural beaches. The bed was AMAZING and the surrounding was super quiet - really fell in love with Hilton Head. This is our new favorite R&R weekend spot!

A beautiful resort with pools, beach , spa and wonderful restaurants. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Comfortable beds and an amazing view. The food was really good at all the restaurants, especially the breakfast buffet in the Carolina room. There is also a shuttle that will take you to the harbor. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you! The staff were especially courteous and so helpful.

The breakfast was excellent and was part of my package booked through you. Initially, upon check in, I did not receive a coupon for the two of us for the free breakfast and was told free breakfast was not part of my deal. However I had screenshot my hotel room choice with deal prior to payment online and after showing it to the clerk who referred it to his supervisor, I was issued the coupon for two free breakfasts. So glad I did. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful The food andchoices were delicious...It included a free station where they prepared an omelette with your choice of ingredients. I am sure the cost would have been at least $60 for the two of us. Glad I had the forethought to take the screenshot and was persistent. Thought you would want to know.

Super heavenly beds, great deck with a view to the ocean (and also wild lightening show!), fabulous restaurant (indoor one - great fish choices!), the service, the friendly staff, the responsiveness (we moved a table on the deck and a glass broke - they came immediately. I wanted an extra pillow for my injured shoulder -again, immediately!). The great beach trail and amazingly gorgeous surf and shore! It was so great! The wine selection was really wonderful and so reasonable! Truly it was a special stay!!

The Resort Staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us complimentary champagne for our wedding anniversary. I felt that they put our needs first and was willing to answers all of our questions. There was one person name Jarvis that was very helpful the first night explaining to us the landscape of the resort and the good places to eat at Hilton Head. I will definitely stay with them again.
