Everything!! Our first time here and i was just blown away!! This was my quick birthday weekend trip (next time longer) and i can not say just how much we loved it here!! Beautiful resort right on the beach, beautiful set-up, landscaping, the access to the beach just few steps is the ultimate perk!! The entertainment is such a bonus, the free towels to me were the bomb!! Saves so much hassle and carrying your own. We all know, how dirty and sandy towels get just after one use on the beach! I felt spoiled here!! The room was so clean, modern design, bed incredibly comfortable , lots of pillows, big chunky comforter, complimentary coffee and waters, robe! The servers bringing you your food and drinks to your lounge chair was amazing as well! We didn’t have to leave the resort for anything , everything was there and more. This resort was not overcrowded, more homey/family feel. The private beach felt very “private”. Again, not overcrowded and you’d see the same guests. Easy check-in, check-out. You were treated with such respect! Love love this atmosphere and we will most likely stop going to Florida, where we normally come and come here.

The breakfast was excellent and was part of my package booked through you. Initially, upon check in, I did not receive a coupon for the two of us for the free breakfast and was told free breakfast was not part of my deal. However I had screenshot my hotel room choice with deal prior to payment online and after showing it to the clerk who referred it to his supervisor, I was issued the coupon for two free breakfasts. So glad I did. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful The food andchoices were delicious...It included a free station where they prepared an omelette with your choice of ingredients. I am sure the cost would have been at least $60 for the two of us. Glad I had the forethought to take the screenshot and was persistent. Thought you would want to know.

Super heavenly beds, great deck with a view to the ocean (and also wild lightening show!), fabulous restaurant (indoor one - great fish choices!), the service, the friendly staff, the responsiveness (we moved a table on the deck and a glass broke - they came immediately. I wanted an extra pillow for my injured shoulder -again, immediately!). The great beach trail and amazingly gorgeous surf and shore! It was so great! The wine selection was really wonderful and so reasonable! Truly it was a special stay!!

EVERYTHING! The Westin Hilton Head Resort is stunning, both inside and out. Elegant, yet very comfortable. Every single person who is a part of the Westin team was exemplary in their hospitality. They all made us feel welcomed, and special. WES, at reception, was spectacular. What a wonderful hotel ambassador. We will highly recommend your resort to everyone and we will plan another trip ourselves. We spent a week with them and hated to leave.

The Resort Staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us complimentary champagne for our wedding anniversary. I felt that they put our needs first and was willing to answers all of our questions. There was one person name Jarvis that was very helpful the first night explaining to us the landscape of the resort and the good places to eat at Hilton Head. I will definitely stay with them again.
